New and unworn, still wearing the tags. Set on waist band with button closing and side zipper. Stitched down pleating with a wide flat panel in the front and back. Fabric is 100% wool but of the finest quality. Soft and easy to wear with no lining. Label stitched to the waist band reads: Exclusive Pendleton Fabric, Woven in our USA mills.
