A hard cheese Livanjski cheese made from cow's milk, goat's milk or a combination of cow's and goat's milk. Livanjski sir is yellow in color, aged for 80 days, with a typical feta cheese aroma, spicy, walnut aroma and slightly salty. Livanjski cheese is only produced in a limited geographical area and therefore in limited quantities.
