The area is known for its alluvial soilsancient deposits of rocks and gravel washed down from the Andeswhich force vines to struggle for water and nutrients, producing smaller berries with intense concentration. Finca Suarez sources from these high altitude vineyards to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon that
