- 4 ears of corn, shucked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, toasted and ground (or 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
