We made the Monterey Sling with a long comfortable strap so you can wear it any way you'd like and see fit: Crossbody, strapped to your waist, or even on your shoulder, it will hang like a champ. The strap also accommodates any body type, so no worries if you don't fit the norm... what's "normal" anyway!?

External zipper and cargo pockets are perfect for your quick access items like extra rolls of film. A simple internal slip pocket keeps you organised and easily fits plus-sized phones and 35mm point-and-shoot cameras. Carry all your essentials easily on your daily adventures.

AS FAR AS THE LOWER EXTREMITIES, YOU CAN DO GROSS MOTOR EXERCISES BY HOLDING THESE WEIGHTS TO GET YOUR LEG MUSCLES BY DOING SQUATS, WALKING LUNGES, TOE RAISES, AND MORE. I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS.
