How to use:
Apply 6-8 drops to affected areas (knees, hands wrists, feet, hips daily as and when required. For first week 3times a day .a 30ml bottle should last you 5/6weeks .
Do not take with any other herbal treatments or medication unless advised.

Rosehip Oil (Rosa Canina Oil), Evening Primrose (Oenothera Biennis Oil), Ginger (Zingiber Officinale), Cederwood Atlas (Cedrus atlantica), Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum), Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), Marjoram (Origanum Majorana), Petitgrain (Citrus Aurantium), Nutmeg (Myristica Fragrans). SAFROLE, LIMONENE, FARNESOL, GERANIOL, CITRONELLO.
